My name is Braxton Sheriff, founder of Next Phase Running. I am a former collegiate runner now coaching High School Cross Country and Track athletes in the upstate of SC. I have been coaching for the past 7 years. We won the State Championship at one school and now I am trying to win another title at my current school. It is my desire to inspire people to develop a love for running that will last a lifetime

 

Through my personal training and guidance, I believe anyone can achieve that Next Phase in their running. At Next Phase Running, I work with all types of runners no matter your experience.
